Rick's Bio

 

Rick Daniels has been on the radio airwaves since the age of 15. Getting his start at doing weekends on his hometown radio station 106.7 WBLZ-FM (Mt. Vernon, IN / NOW WYFX-FM)! By his senior year in high school, He was doing fill-ins and weekends at Country 98.1 WRAY-FM in Princeton, Indiana. Off to college in 1999 to Vincennes University, helping launch once of the most successful College Radio formats in the country to date, Blazer 91.1 WVUB-FM/Vincennes (Hot AC/CHR). After 2 years ofd College,  Rick joined Legendary 100,000kW CHR 96STO / WSTO-FM Evansville, IN doing nights. 

 
Rick now does afternoons on Legendary KIZN-FM "Kissin' 92.3. Other stops include, and most recently Dir./Production at Eagle Country 99.3 WSCH-FM/ near Cincinatti, OH, 
 
DANIELS’ 22-year radio career includes On-air/Programming positions at CUMULUS Country NASH FM 979 KQFC/Boise, NASH FM 102.5 WMDH/MUNCIE, IN, Star 106.9 WXXC-FM/Muncie, IN, Q102 WQXQ/OWENSBORO, KY, 104.1 WLBC-FM/Muncie, IN.
 
Rick also has done various Sports play - by - play assignments, which include covering the 2016 NCAA Tournament for Purdue Mens Basketball; 2002-2008 The Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, 2001 - 2008 University of Evansville Mens Basketball, 2008-10 Ball State University Mens Basketball and Football. 
 
Rick also owns and hosts a Podcast called LiveOneRadio, Which has featured rising country stars, Athletes and celebrities.
